An economic development NGO connecting Andean weavers and knitters of 9 cooperatives to the global market through the Awamaki store, wholesale and online or sustainable tourism, while empowering women through educational workshops. - Managed all projects within the department and educated the other M&E volunteer on data analysis. - Aggregated Artisans' income from purchase orders and analyzed the income data using Excel with visualizations. - Developed a year over year income report explaining reasons for fluctuations in income for different cooperatives by finding links between artisan's production performance and product sales data. - Created an M&E plan to reflect all 2019 strategic goals by organizing outcomes with their associated activities. - Improved tourism data collection by creating a spreadsheet for all cooperatives involved in tourism activities.

Project manager for construction projects on a 25-unit family owned complex in the Bay Area. - Contracted repairs to the property's exterior, landscape as well as interior renovation to apartments. - Worked with engineers to establish design plans while hiring general contractors for major rebuilds. - Applied for permits to the building division and facilitated corrections in accordance with building codes. - Created construction reports to ensure costs stay within budget and projects are finalized in a timely manner.
