Scott developed, from the ground up, a creative experience concept; Pizza 90.  An interactive design has been carried out across all guest touch points from the interiors to the digital space. Oversaw the Social Media & Branding for Verizon 4G Wireless.applying new media strategies to, grow and innovate their business in the digital space. This includes developing and marketing successful campaigns, branded websites, e-commerce stores and online communities. From web-based solutions to mobile devices Scott brings a comprehensive perspective to digital strategy and execution.

As Head of Marketing and Product Innovation disciplines for Gloria Jean's Coffees and It's A Grind Coffee House, Scott developed winning strategies in support of each brand’s positioning and strategic objectives. Before coming to Praise International, Scott spent his career in consumer product innovation, design and retail operations for small to large organizations including most recently with the Walt Disney Company. At Disney, he created operations, marketing, and merchandising plans for Disney’s Soda Fountain and Studio Store where he developed new product release strategies supporting feature films. Scott has a bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Entrepreneurship from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.

Director of Social Media and Branding: As a marketing leader and a member of the senior management team was involved in all areas of brand development at Verizon 4G Wireless and Pizza 90, applying new media strategies to grow and innovate their business.

•	Led a cross functional team of Operations, Training, Marketing and Finance to develop and launch a fresh casual concept- Pizza 90, establishing the brand’s expression consistently across media, geography and team members.
•	Created innovative video promotional campaigns in Facebook utilizing Ads Manager that far exceeded expectations for sales and new customer acquisition.
•	Increased holiday traffic and gross profit at Verizon 4G Wireless by 6% year over year through integrated campaign partnerships with Samsung, Apple and HTC.
•	Increased store traffic by 8% with the launch of the 4G Rewards loyalty and e-mail marketing programs.

Director of Social Media and Branding

Was highly involved in setting corporate brand strategy, menu development and concept innovation. 

•	Created a comprehensive marketing and product strategy including brand positioning, product, menu, price, promotion, packaging, research, public relations, and digital - positioning the brands for positive sales comps.
•	Developed and delivered coffee product launch strategies leading cross functional teams of operations, production, supply chain and IT that resulted in sequential sales improvement for each of the last eight quarters in 2012-2013.
•	Drove positive check and traffic count growth through innovative grassroots marketing and social media that included brand partnerships with 20th Century Fox, NBC Universal and Sony Pictures.
•	Defined in store and drive thru menu redesign strategy and led implementation resulting in a sales shift to higher margin products and sales increases of over 4%.

Head of Marketing

With the Walt Disney Worldwide Special Events team, operations, marketing, and merchandising plans for Disney’s Soda Fountain and Studio Store were successfully created and launched in store with innovative events and promotions.  

•	Exceeded management’s revenue goals by 55% and outperformed quarterly profit targets on a consistent basis.  
•	Launched and created the Disney collectable pin program at the Hollywood location (revenues exceeding 1 million annually) resulting in high margin profits and a high level of satisfaction among guests.
