With over eight years’ experience delivering on time sensitive projects with international stakeholders, my emphasis is on Product and Operations Management for companies that meld human factors, innovation and business. o	Single threaded owner of all validation plans and product release elements for over 11 releases

o	Managed engineering communications, sourcing and presented deliverables to internal and external stakeholders
o	Evaluated gaps, identified and helped implement group collaboration and cross training on testing strategy
o	Managed root cause analysis and corrective actions for 5 non-conforming pieces of equipment 
o	Led continuous improvement and alignment activities for both North America and Asian validation groups
o	Identified cross-functional business improvements/measurements against key performance Indicators for FY16,17 and 18
o	Provided mentorship to all validation engineers, managed group intern and aided with onboarding activities


o	Designed chain station layouts, lighting and utility relocation from Denver to Vail along I-70
o	Created and designed a new shared used path along SH9 in Breckenridge
o	Inventoried Historic traffic barriers at 6 National Parks, provided work orders and cost estimates 
o	Assisted with design proposals in Design Build and Design Bid Build activities in CO, CA, MT and AK
