'31' Production Assistant

Engineering & Production

During my time at Pepperdine, and in the time since, I have completed numerous film projects in the roles of producer, director, editor, and production assistant, whether for class, work, or just for my own enjoyment. Also during those four crucial and formative years, I worked with the University's Sports Broadcasting team and worked my way up from a position as a graphics operator to a technical director. I became the lead director at the end of my junior year and held that position until my graduation in April of 2013. I interned with the university's International Programs office where I produced, directed, filmed, and edited several promotional videos for each of their seven study abroad programs. Currently, I work for an engineering consulting company in Calabasas, CA called Association Reserves, Inc. where I create Reserve Studies for association-governed communities, as well as shoot, edit, and distribute all video content for company clients.

Worked with property managers and HOA board members, gathering information to create annual Reserve Studies, in order for accurate disclosures and sound business decisions to be made. I also handled all video production for the company, including (but not limited to) several educational videos for our clients.

Project Coordinator

Preparing and serving food for restaurant guests.

Server/ETO

Handled and maintained Pepperdine University's sound board, speakers, and and other audio equipment. Planned monthly musical performances for students' entertainment (operated sound board during these performances).

CoffeeHouse Chair

Produced, directed, filmed, and edited several promotional videos for the International Programs office at Pepperdine University.

Marketing/Video Production Intern

Directed live broadcasts for Pepperdine University of all home NCAA Basketball and Volleyball games on TV 32, Charter Communications, broadcasted throughout Malibu, Calabasas, and Agoura Hills, CA.
