•	Manage all aspects of product design, development, supply chain, quality, logistics, ecommerce, marketing, finance, sales, distribution, social media, and customer service.
•	Evaluate profit margins to set target FOB for suppliers and target retail price.
•	Set target deadlines to meet market needs, then manage critical timelines to execute development and production. 
•	Create innovative products that are unique to the activewear market, including functional pocket features, fabrics with anti-bacterial, 4-way stretch, reversible, and quick dry. 
•	Learned and managed all logistics, including ocean/air freight, import/export, duties, bonded warehousing (in Vietnam), fulfillment warehousing, Amazon (FBA), and distribution.
•	Manage relationships with suppliers of textiles, trims and garments in Vietnam, Singapore, India and Taiwan.

•	Lead the development cycles for over 100 Men’s and Women’s apparel, footwear and accessories items. 
•	Managed all the fabric sourcing, supply chain, prototypes, salesmen samples, size grading and QC.
•	Managed the costing of all products in order for TESH to achieve the target FOB.
•	Organized and managed the purchase orders and production lead time calendars.
•	Developed innovative fabrics, trims and products to be push TESH to be an industry leader.  
•	Managed the working relationships with garment, fabrics, trims, print, and accessories factories


Product Development & Sourcing - Asia

Footwear Development and Commercialization - Reebok
•	Direct development and management of the Reebok Crossfit and outdoor footwear categories. 
•	Managed the 18-month creation process including 2D design tech packs review, prototyping, 3 phase commercialization, and approval to bulk production.
•	Daily communication with HQ to provide status updates including challenges and changes during the development cycle. 
•	Communicated key design and functional requirements to tooling team and mold shop for the creation of midsoles, outsoles and insoles 
•	Ensure all samples meet critical requirements for proper fit, shape, wrinkle free, durability, and assembly before beginning bulk production.  
•	Facilitate a collaborative environment with factory teams and external suppliers to achieve a positive outcome for everyone involved. 
Executed post development phase of auditing bulk production processes, quality and inspection on the factory lines before shipment. 

Product Development Footwear - Vietnam

•	Coordinated with designers, developers, operations, internal and global marking teams for the development and launch of soft goods for TaylorMade, adidas, and Ashworth golf brands. 
•	Worked directly with sales reps, retailers, and global regions to provide key assets needed to successfully launch products.
•	Maintained and leveraged relationships with brand marketing and equipment design teams to support the transition of former accessories licensee into TaylorMade infrastructure.  
Supported the accessories department growth from $40M to $55M and becoming the #1 selling golf bag company by market share in February 2013.
•	Created a noble understanding of materials, fabrics, and structural designs of garments 
•	Seasonal SKU analysis and consolidation of global forecasts to ensure an effective product cycle.
•	Assisted in product preparation for the seasonal line, including sorting, steaming, labeling and folding for trade shows, regional and global sales meetings, and internal showrooms. 
•	Performed constant use and knowledge in Excel, Photoshop, Illustrator, and RMS.
