E-Commerce Category Manager - Sporting good, Outdoor & Fitness

•	Directly responsible for procurement, production and distribution of consumer products within 5 categories that are sold full chain at Target and Big Lots (total of 3,300 stores/ 30 Distribution centers)
•	Manage forecasts and inventory levels of over 300 skus using 5 manufacturers domestically and in China
•	Developed capacity constrained supply requirements for the factories which support customer service, inventory and cost objectives
•	Developed meaningful business analyses and metrics to drive consensus based forecasts, provide visibility to forecast accuracy and communicate findings to all levels in organization
•	Successfully launched 13 collections across 5 categories at Target and Big Lots (Full Chain)

•	Currently backup 3 Replenishment buyers which represents a total of 6 categories that I have purchased in the last two years.
