-Lead our creative teams on conceptual projects on video production , photography and graphic design. 
-Thorough understanding of photography, film, art , design and copy. 
-Oversee photography/film production from concept to final product for all creative projects. 
-Responsible for leading creative teams with marketing, budgeting , location scouting and post production editing.
-Provides workflow and schedules for creative teams on a project basis based on priorities and securing deadlines and ensuring deliverables are met. 
- Cultivated a work environment that supports an open creative community for other to support each other.
