As an Account Manager, I was responsible for handling approximately 50 accounts with bookstores nationwide. Through email and telephone communication I was responsible for trouble shooting proprietary operating system issues, order processing, and adoption maintenance, among other issues that arose. I also facilitated customer training in the use of these systems and their day to day operation.

Responsibilities included: Management of staff, including, but not limited to job training, scheduling, and conflict resolution. I was responsible for the creation of original daily menu items. I was also responsible for assisting with inventory management and ordering, as well as vendor interaction.

As the General Manager I was responsible for the day to day operations which included scheduling for multiple departments including staff, talent, and technicians as well as conflict and situational resolution for multiple groups on a regular basis. I also coordinated special events and projects as well as booking for national and regional acts. This also included contract negotiation. General bookkeeping was also a requirement.
