• Maintain responsibilities and procedures of the Digital Copywriter to ensure the e-commerce website is up-to-date and aligns with the new brand voice/image. • Implement, learn, and practice the new e-commerce platform Salesforce to optimize customer experience and create an easy flow of production. • Research and produce blog posts on snipesusa.com/blog based on upcoming releases, collaborations with other well-known brands/affiliates as well as marketing events. • Work alongside the SEO manager to develop appropriate e-mail headings and body copy to attract clickthrough rate and achieve sales goals. • Collaborate with the Marketing team on social media outlets to promote upcoming marketing events and sneaker, apparel, and accessory releases.

Research, develop and implement product copy that aligns with brand voice/image as well as industry standards to ensure all information is presentable and correct. • Enable 100+ products weekly on the e-commerce website so that it is up-to-date with the latest sneaker, apparel and accessory releases. • Coordinate with the Merch department and merchandise products to align with the current demands of the business and to target sale goals. • Work with creative and marketing departments on sale promotions and homepage updates to keep up with the demands of the business. • Make weekly updates to the sneaker release calendar (releases.snipesusa.com) so that release information such as store lists and raffles are presented to the customer in one digital place.
