Helpdesk Support Technician

·	Responsible for providing the highest level of technical service and satisfaction for basic or complex PC and network troubleshooting, laptops, VeriFone Mx925 pads ,and telephones.
·	Research patches, updates and solutions for computer issues, both hardware and software related.
·	Document related issues to maintain an IT knowledge base.
·	Maintain all systems, applications, security, and network configurations.
·	Perform administrative duties on a Windows 2008/2012 active-directory domain to include account creation and modification.
·	Participate in staggered afterhours/on-call support rotation.
·	Install; configure, deploy, test, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot end user workstation hardware, networked peripheral devices, and networking hardware products. 
·	Provided support for all network printers within the organization, and maintain documentation for all maintenance required on heavy load network printers.
·	Provided training for all new hires regarding technical training to inform them of all company policy and procedures.
·	Travel to various sites to provide onsite support and install new equipment.
·	In charge of new store installation, stage and configure network systems and workstations for new stores or remodels. 
·	Tone out lines and do basic phone and data connections at a patch panel and data ports.
·	Provide POS system support for over 80+ retail stores and corporate office.
·	Process end of month reports using as400 (JD Edwards) and monthly cycles.
·	Assist over 300+ Users over the phone and remotely to resolve technical issues.

·	Provide a break-fix solution to customers for hardware, software, and malware infections. 
·	Upgrade; troubleshoot and service; laptops, desktops, mobile phones and tablets.
·	Perform product shipping and receiving, product maintenance, repairs, and services. 
·	Assists sales team to explain services and technology to clients, processing all services, returns and exchanges, technology trade-ins and recycling.
