**Concept & Content -Provide Strategic analysis: help identify current sales and trends and drive incremental growth by building on success and executing new and fresh ideas. -Use combination of my own inspiration and the directions of our customers to present new direction of fabrications, silhouettes, treatments, color palettes & general themes. -Create line plan with inspiration and art direction to present to Art Directors, EVP of Design and/or Sales Director. -Constantly shop the market for what’s new and what’s next – Present findings during pre-season kick offs. **Create Assortments -Create balance, merchandised presentations of key items for top accounts including specialty, department and mass stores. -Coordinate with art department to fulfill outstanding needs and present final presentation to Art Director and Sales Director. -Enter fabric/body/graphic style info on CPR/DPR requests. **Communication -Possess a proven track record for partnering with Design, Product Development, Tech, Production, Sales and Customer Service. -Establish effective relationships and SOPs with cross-functional business partners and work closely with other department heads to build overall success and profitability. -Collaborate with Design and Product Development to ensure deadlines are met and margin expectations are in-line. Communicate changes and opportunities in–season. -Work closely with Licensing to align on licensed graphic needs/initiatives. -Provide marketing tools (cads of top sellers, hot key items, development samples, etc.) to assist in the selling process. **Product Development -Facilitate new body & color development with design counterparts. -Make initial pass off to Product Development specifying desired fabrications and techniques. -Work with Design and Cad Artists to have new bodies drawn & colors added to the system. -Work with Design to ensure the highest quality sample possible, keeping the integrity of the art intact and utilizing the best/most appropriate blank for flawless execution.
