Managed 15-20 employees and single-handedly orchestrated all talent recruitment from screening to hiring and training. Created and implemented spa protocol manual, employee handbook, staff contracts, staff retention programs, and menu of services. Developed spa’s  marketing strategy and image, developed publicity opportunities, and created ongoing in-house promotions.
