Over the past nine years, I have gained much knowledge and training in the field of ecommerce, sales, service, consumer research/insights and Salesforce.com administration.

- Performed Salesforce Administrator Duties at a business with over 100+ users
- Knowledge of administration tasks including creating profiles, roles, users, page layouts, email services, approvals, workflows, reports, dashboards, tasks and events.
- Experience designing custom formula fields, field dependencies, validation rules, workflows, and approval processes for automated alerts, field updates, and email generation according to application requirements
- Building Salesforce Dashboards/Reports to properly track Sales cycle/revenue

Account Executive – Retail Marketing Services

- Part of the Bizrate Insights division, the industry-leading suite of customer listening & website ratings tools for online retailers.
- Identifying, qualifying, and acquiring new online retailers to participate in the consumer insights program.
- Providing step-by-step support to ecommerce managers, directors, etc. on the implementation, understanding and reporting of the Bizrate consumer insights program.
- Strength in gaining insights from analytics to help drive marketing strategies for ecommerce companies
- Managing and developing account relationships, securing renewals and up-sells for clients who purchase paid services
- Head the division’s retention efforts of a wide range of ecommerce websites, including many IR top 1000 merchants.
- Communicating with online retailers to understand their goals and needs, and work with internal product teams to shape new tools to meet those needs.
- Assisting the Bizrate Operations team with survey software and reporting systems and helping push tasks into production.
- Managing the Bizrate Insights Blog, Twitter and Facebook account.
- Implemented and managed the Google Analytics account for BizrateInsights.com
- Managed the Bizrate Insights Magento app
