22 years in the combined bicycle and motorcycle industries in sales of parts, accessories and apparel. I spent the last 2 years in website content management at Troy Lee Designs until my position was eliminated.

Corona, CA Manufacturer of apparel, helmets and protective gear for off-road motorcycling and mountain biking.

Website Content Manager (April 2017 - May 2019)
* Tasked with cleaning up the website that had not been properly maintained due to web duties being outsourced to a company with little familiarity with the product line, and inadequate guidance for more than two years.
* Oversaw testing and development of website upgrade from Net Suite "Denali" to Net Suite "Elbrus" platform including launch of Canadian B2C and B2B site, coordinating the efforts of several outside developers.
* Prepared new products for launch with all pertinent information required for website display, including product images, writing and editing product copy and bullet points.
* Routine site maintenance, including removing discontinued/out of stock product from the site, merchandising newer product to the front and moving older product to sales pages.
* Updated home page web sliders, scrolling message banners, page headers video links, department page banners, race reports, company news, athlete pages, retail dealer locator and career opportunities page for both US and Canadian sites.
* Developed international distributor listing page.
* Created ability for customers to order custom lettering of their name on a helmet or jersey when they ordered it from the site.
* Updated size charts on all technical apparel and user manuals.
* Created a certifications page containing safety certifications for all protective gear and helmets.
* Coordinated with customer service/sales team and developers to troubleshoot various technical and functional issues on the site.

Website Content Manager

* Grew European distributor sales from $4.6M to $6.5M, primarily by encouraging distributors to pre-order product via vendor-direct drop-shipment, allowing better pricing and guaranteed delivery.
* European market accounted for 20-25% of TLD's total sales over that period.
* Replaced underperforming distributors in UK, Netherlands, Sweden, Norway, Belgium, and Switzerland.
* Courted new Moto distributor for France who was installed later.
* Visited EU and UK dealers in conjunction with Eurobike show, often giving product presentations to potential new distributors.
* Performed intermittent product testing for design team and provided feedback for improved product development.

European Account Manager

• Managed Northwest Territory including WA, OR, ID, MT, WY, UT.
• Grew a seasonally limited territory from $400K to $1.6M over that time, cultivating new online retailers such as Motosport.com and Universal Cycles, as well as growing special order dealers to fully stocking the entire line.
• Visited dealers, usually in conjunction with race events in their area, usually presenting the product line to existing and potential new dealers.
• Performed intermittent product testing for design team and provided feedback for improved product development.

Lockhart-Phillips, San Clemente, CA Distributor for motorcycle parts and accessories for sport bikes, including race bodywork, windscreens, controls, turn signals, etc. Exclusive US distributor for Akrapovic race exhausts, O-Z race wheels, and Spidi riding apparel.
