Junior Graphic Designer - Volunteer

Creative & Design

-Assist with the design and manufacture of promotional bags, retail bags, and speciality packaging for companies around the world including Google, Costco, Equinox and Perform Better  
-Apply current design trends to each unique layout in order to produce an up-to-date style for custom bags 
-Work independently to incorporate customer feedback and constructive criticism into designs 


-Design print and digital media for companies through freelance platforms, including 99Designs and Upwork
-Collaborate virtually with fellow Muddy Gecko designers and marketers to produce deliverables for clients from startups to Fortune 50 companies
-Work closely with clients to follow brand guidelines to finalize a usable and versatile product 


Freelance Designer

-Assisted with the design of a 180-page anthology of student writing for the UCSB Writing Program
-Worked with a design team to create the cover and layout of the 2016-2017 publication using Photoshop
-Helped create a new website and new logo for the publication using WordPress and Illustrator
