Creative Director, Design Lead, Consultant for UX, Brand and Product Design

Supervised all interactive and creative DesignOps& Frontend DevOps for the platform migration & website expansion for the legacy Stumpy's Hatchet House website throughout its initial franchise & site growth.

Key highlights: 
- Migrated, designed & developed the legacy site from a simple Wix site into a custom, multi-site, wordpress theme to enable rapid enterprise expansions in different markets throughout the US.
- Helped develop hyper-local marketing campaigns via social media & during the website rebuild to drive online sales for merchandise and gift cards; IE: 12 Days of Stumpy's; Black Friday Specials; Singles Nights; etc.
- Implemented a detailed site audit to enhance brand presence, IA, and overall customer experience on a global & local level.
-Created an enterprise-centric product GTM strategy & roadmapping format for unique market launches across multiple digital platforms.

UX + Web Design Lead / DesignOps

Directed the digital marketing, interactive and UX/CX designs, project initiatives and creative team for the legacy B2C e-commerce and product sites for Time Warner Cable's website.

Key Highlights:
-Led the design & UX efforts for the responsive conversion of the entire TWC site resulting in a 75% increase for customers utilizing self-support help and saw an immediate 20% uptick in user-engagement on mobile.
-Received CableFaxies Award for Best Website Navigation under My Account & CableFaxies runner-up & honoree awards for Best Overall Website Design, Best Website Design for Cable Distributors as well as the Best Website Redesign (2014-2015)
- Collaborated alongside product owners & project managers to implement the successful execution of a full website (aesthetic) redesign/ re-launch for both the residential site & product sites (My Account, ABF Buyflow & partial Digital Marketing for both ABF & EBF customers).
- Restructured the site taxonomy of top-tier landing pages & the support site to reduce click paths & simplify the navigation; included a content audit which help to enhance the site responsiveness by reducing the site's total page amount within the site architecture.
- Co-established the creative process & foundations that enabled the establishment & expansion of an internal design team.


Lead Interactive Art Director / UX Designer

Owned the interactive vision and QA development for the creative, UX and interactive designs. Worked alongside the lead developer to co-manage a 15+ team of developers and front-end authors during the $65+ billion company acquisition merger between Time Warner Cable, Charter Communications, and BrightHouse Media throughout the website platform migration of the legacy Business E-Commerce site for Spectrum- https://business.spectrum.com/.

Digital Designer

Designed landing page templates as well as various digital marketing assets and print collateral for Audible’s international markets.

UX/UI Designer

Brought onboard to complete unfinished UX direction & Art Direction for a responsive website redesign for a Johnson & Johnson subgroup- Quality Solutions360. Responsibilities included: creating wireframes, developing page templates, and enhancing the brand presence with a refresh. Also collaborated with product leads to develop and engineer a coinciding client portal for practicing physicians to work alongside the site redesign. 

Interactive Art Director/ Web Designer

Contracted to co-develop & implement a microsite and it's secondary assets for a 6-month national campaign and contest that ran in partnership with SC Johnson. Collaborated with Recyclebank’s lead Art Director, copywriter, and 2 developers to formulate the microsite concept in relation to the campaign while ensuring overall design and micro-interactions were within the development scope efforts and the contest launch date.
