Direct and coordinate daily operational aspects of three Gil Travel offices located in Philadelphia, New York, and Tel Aviv.  Determine staffing requirements: recruit, hire and train other personnel on company procedures, policy and employment law.  Spearhead and mentor various department managers and their staff to be adept in multicultural and global environments. Facilitate comprehensive training to employees to achieve maximum level of performance and peak productivity. Work collaboratively with various tour operators to streamline international travel for multiple organizations.  Built and cultivate long-term quality relationships with VIP clientele to provide total satisfaction as well as to generate sales and new business opportunities. Regularly interact with clients to provide prompt responses to inquiries concerning air and land-based travel to Israel and other destinations worldwide, as well as to address and resolve complaints under time constraints.  

Responsible for maintaining smooth golf operations by working closely with upper management.  Conducted tours for prospective members.  Personally met each club member and instilled confidence that the club is operated in the best interest of the member.  Maintain the club’s database of members’ files.  Responsible for designing all marketing and advertising material for the Pro Shop and other décor throughout the clubhouse.  Supervised more than 10 employees in the Food and Beverage Department.  

Notable Achievements:
•	Rendered high level of assistance to the General Manager in establishing charter memberships for the opening year and successfully sold more than 300 memberships
•	Instrumental in organizing all logistics from shotgun start to buffet dinner for private events and outings with 72 to 144 guests
