15 years Brand marketing experience ranging from Event Production, Go-to-Market campaigns, Social media, Retail, Photo/video,  to full Brand bibles. 

I am currently the Brand Manager that functions as the creative director for Rapha. 

Cyling in America coudln't be more exciting than right now.

Brand Manager

When I split off from agencies I started my own Brand studio. While building out brand identities for clients, Brand and Content seemed to collide in the digital space and the studio took a shift more towards providing more on-brand content based solutions. Here my at the time amateur photography/video skills and career became challenged and amplified by default.  
The studio still continued to offer the brand marketing consultation, it just sometimes came along with content. 

Photographer - Creative Director

Ma is a conscious woven goods company and the makers of a yoga mat hand woven out of organic hemp and natural rubber. 
Here I implemented marketing from the ground up. Soft launch, Successful Kickstarter, through a round of seed funding, and a full go to market strategy and campaign. 

While considering global brand directives, budget, and timing I collaborated with Nike
SB’s team to come up with and execute solutions to seasonal brand initiatives.
• Directed Design, construction, and installation of fixtures/windows/graphics/events.

Creative Producer - Nike SB Retail

Brand/product marketing. Photo/Video, event, 3-D, retail, digital, PR.

Client facing creative producer. Escorting projects from client concept through creation in an agency that grew from 15-95 employees during my residency. 

Primary Client: 
Adidas. Member of a small account team that grew Agency x Adidas business by 1,000%.

Red Bull, Skullcandy, XBOX

Creative Producer

- Managed the deployment of session edits to media. 
- co-Managed sponsor relations and rand day-to-day experience of campers engaging with the sponsoring brand activities. 
- Optimized reach to select endemic and non-endemic audiences. 
- Quadrupled our impressions and sold out camp every session for the first time ever.
- Established 5 year goals for Windells to grow academy & skate category.
