Work closely with Art Directors, Editors, Project Managers, Programmers, Designers, to photograph/design and /or develop print and web media projects. Responsible for the design and development of user-friendly websites and print media. Duties included examining project requirements; arranging all content; equipment and supplies; coordinating with other professionals as necessary; inspecting proofs and identifying images for retouching or reprinting; adjusting, modifying color balance and reworking photos using digital and computer manipulation applications; sending images via FTP to clients; designing websites; corporate branding, annual reports, brochure, advertising. Customer service Marketing and networking to find new clients Communicating with clients to understand their needs Preparing for photo shoots (e.g. scouting locations, scheduling, renting equipment, etc.) Setting up or taking down lighting, backgrounds, props and other equipment Capturing images Supervising/performing post-processing Creating final print images or digital files Archiving images Administrative tasks such as billing, etc.

Teach introductory to advanced climbing courses: beginner, lead, movement and technique, rope work, rappelling, corporate team building. Route Setting Train new staff on policies and safety procedures, route setting and general maintenance.
