I believe that to succeed in life, strong relationships are a must.

Whether it be my career or my personal life I have always enjoyed meeting people and building
relationships. I have several longstanding relationships stemming from my earlier role as a college coach. I
am a social and outgoing person and can get along with just about anyone no matter what walk of life they are from.

My passion has always been to be the best I can be in whatever I was doing, as an athlete and as a
professional. I have always prided myself on integrity, character and pride. In my career I am known as a strong motivator, organizer, and team performance developer. I am also highly skilled at improving numbers and developing in others the capability to achieve greatness.

As a professional I have demonstrated the ability to bring planning and order to disorganized groups, to build productivity, and achieve high-level goals despite diminishing financial and other resources. My strengths have always been overcoming obstacles and creating a plan to attain the best results.

Provide strategic direction and leadership to start-up organization in the sports recruiting industry. Direct all aspects of recruiting business for high school students interested in playing a college sport. Manage business functions and financial management, oversee client activities, and supervise a staff. Develop network of college and travel coaches and deliver presentations to high school athletes. Work in conjunction with high school Athletic Directors and high school coaches during recruiting process. 

•	Researched options for new website and negotiated with web developer to create new user-friendly recruiting website for high school athletics.

Spearheaded all daily program operations and personnel functions; including practices, training / conditioning, budget management, equipment management, travel, purchasing and scholarship awards. Managed recruiting, fundraising, and academic tutoring.

•	NCAA Hall of Fame recognition for player resulted from top coaching and changing mechanics of swing.
•	22 new players brought to the team, leading team to post-season play and improving multiple statistical categories. Leveraged athletic money for most important positions and best candidates to benefit from academic and financial aid.
•	14 players developed into all conference and one into all region players in two seasons, as result of motivating players.
•	10% improvement in batting average achieved through coaching player to change mechanics and increased training time.
•       26% decrease in pitching earned run average (ERA) achieved through adjustment of mental approach to pitching and understanding of how to strike out a batter.

Head Softball Coach

Performed broad scope of responsibilities related to the recruitment of student athletes. Assisted Head Coach with training / conditioning programs and other assigned duties. Served as hitting coach and managed defensive strategy. Developed clinics for youth players. Monitored academic success of players.
•	7% improvement in batting average as a result of implementation of solid batting principles and batting mechanics in conjunction with strong coaching techniques. 
•	One player named All Conference resulted from strong coaching and motivating player to achieve goals.

Asst. Head Coach

Directed daily operations, practices, and game day administration. Managed budget, purchased equipment, awarded scholarships and oversaw recruitment. Developed and managed new training and conditioning programs. Created an environment of academic commitment in addition to sports excellence. Actively networked to recruit new players to the program. 

•	Three consecutive years in post-season play through implementation of strong training practice routines to develop player skills after taking over team that had not won a game in three previous years.
•	144% increase in team batting average over four years by evaluating and recruiting the proper talent needed for the team, in conjunction with extensive training in hitting and mechanics of batting.
•	10 All-Freshman Team selections were a result of recruiting the proper talent and motiving players to believe in themselves.
•	Six players named All Conference as a result of teaching sound mechanics and fundamentals of the game, and motivating each player to push to achieve desired goals.
•	33 players recruited to this women’s college in Georgia without scholarships, through effective sales techniques to present the school and program in a positive light.
•	3.19 team GPA maintained through strong focus on academics, academic counseling, and time management instruction.

Provided individual and group instruction in softball. Maintained effective physical conditioning program. Supported both individual and team development. Coordinated college recruiting program. Performed player evaluations. Coordinated and managed fundraising. 

•	Received Rensselaer Alumni Association Team of the Year award for more victories that any other team in the athletic department that season, as result of hard work and determination from players and coaches.
•	56 All Conference players named through implementation of teamwork and strong training / development programs. 
•	Awarded Conference Coaching Staff of the Year due to strong commitment to the program and team with long hours and hard work on player development.
•	Qualified for NCAA Division III tournament as at-large bid through motivation of players and well developed training / practice programs. 
•	Three Rookie of the Year Award winners in four years came from implementation of strong program to develop players from day one, as well as mentoring and motivation. 
•	Two National All American Players resulted in combined efforts with head coach to motivate players to train hard and take skills to the next level.
•	Seven players named to ESPN Magazine’s All-District Team.
•	11 players named to regional All-Academic Team as result of combined efforts with Head Coach to identify and recruit academically strong athletes.

Asst. Softball Coach

•	Responsible for well-being of case load of approximately 250 middle school students
•	Counseled students individually, in groups and provided family counseling
•	Provided resources and techniques for students regarding crisis management, mediation, anxiety and harassment 
•	Served on the following teams: Educational Support, Student Guidance, Evaluation Planning, and Crisis Team
•	Coordinated and facilitated parent/student and parent/teacher conferences
•	Created 6th grade Buddy visits/mentoring program for new students to ensure successful transition to middle school
•	Assisted high school counselors with 8th to 9th grade transition scheduling process  
•	Organized and implemented the Presidential Spirit Community Award selection process and ceremony
•	Prepared and completed the selection process of the President’s Educational Excellence Awards

School Counselor

•	Provided counseling to a caseload of approximately 40 students regarding education, financial and personal issues

Director/Asst.Director

Directed daily operations for Birthday Party division. Worked with families to book parties for children and managed specialists hosting each party. Built sales pipeline through direct customer relationships and networking. Assisted other stores with increasing sales. Developed training for specialists on inventory control for party supplies. Selected to travel to other locations to train staff on best practices. Opened new store location including design and setup of store, along with selection and training of new staff.
