Shawn McCarthy:

• Develop new client campaign brief to achieve their business outcomes • Perform market research and data analysis to evaluate implications of on and offline strategies of client's competitors • Development and presentation of marketing concepts against client brief

• Act as Human Resources representative for all of the company's interns. • Manage the inflow of applications and resumes to efficiently conduct the hiring process. • Conduct phone and in person interviews for future intern hires.

• Lead groups of 20 or more through La Jolla Cove while teaching them about the history of the cove and sea life. • Communicate via radio with lifeguards and store front to make sure customers are safe.

• Worked on a team to make calls to Chapman alumni, parents and friends on behalf of the University and the Chapman Fund. • Served as an ambassador of Chapman University by establishing engaging communications between the university and its supporters.
