I pride myself on being a dedicated worker with a focus on learning as much as I can. Earned myself an engineering degree and have been working in the commercial construction industry the past six years managing various projects at both small and large scale budgets. Have always been a passionate fan of the action sports world and lifestyle and looking to find an opportunity to transition to that industry. I believe in building relationships first amongst colleagues and clients because a good rapport leads to the success in solving problems that arise in an untimely manner. I have always had a desire for design whether it was fabricating a mini baja vehicle in college, framing residential homes, or sketching new and unique logos for small business owners. I am looking to take all of the skills I have learned along with my work experiences and build them even further with new opportunities.

-Conceptualize and refurbish logos/designs for small businesses. Focus on freehand sketches with the use of Procreate.

-Managed commercial construction jobs involving the installation of ACM panels and
EIFS. Responsible for purchase orders, change orders, submittal packages, closeout documents, and AIA invoices. Responsible for attending weekly site meetings to update schedules to General Contractor and coordinate all laborers for install of products.

Project Manager

-Assisted all Senior Project Managers with securing documents to be submitted for projects, purchased materials related to specific projects, coordinated with Engineering team to get all work orders to the in-house shop, coordinated with Shipping department to deliver all materials and tools to and/or from project sites, and attended weekly internal meetings to ensure all documents were submitted on schedule.
-Managed commercial construction jobs involving the installation of Storefront, Curtain Wall, and ACM panels. Responsible for purchase orders, change orders, submittal packages, closeout documents, and AIA invoices. Responsible for attending weekly site meetings to update schedules to General Contractor and coordinate all laborers for install of products.

Assistant Project Manager/Project Manager

-Generated sales in footwear and clothing by providing exceptional customer service. Assisted in opening and closing store as well as restocking product to all display shelves/racks. 

Floor Salesman

- Managed bid contract documents for new and renovation HVAC & Energy related projects for State-owned
facilities. Responsible for preparing contract documents, addendum, drawings, bid walkthroughs, AIA invoices, and closeout documents.

-Framing of new and renovated residential homes with a focus on custom Cape design features.
