Managing the entire development process including Designing, Costing & product development. - Responsible for the quality in bulk production by engaging in to the minor technical details to ensure the higher quality of the end product. - Process management of three manufacturing factories. - Assessor & a trainer in process management in the company. - Business analysis to identify the business opportunities which helps in the business growth. - Competing with other countries to ensure the sustainable growth of the business. - Maintaining a good rapport with customers - Travelling to different countries to seek new developments opportunities.
