•	Designed and project managed implementation of a 1sec roundtrip SLA environment for Microsoft with clustered SQL Server 2008, IIS servers and a redundant network (firewalls, load balancers and switches). 
•	Lead and implemented Proof of Concepts for disaster recovery in Rackspace cloud, MicroStrategy BI, Netezza data warehouse and Cloudera Hadoop solutions.
•	Team lead of SMEs in capacity planning, and operations design meetings..
•	Managed SOC2 (SAS70) compliance of datacenter environment, internal systems and data security policies.

Achievements:
•	Infrastructure services delivery for enterprise Java application delivered on WebSphere, Weblogic, and JBoss application servers; DB2 v9, Oracle 10g, MSSQL 2003 and Tamino XML databases across SPARC and x86 platforms.
•	Design, planning and rollout of hosted application infrastructure based on VMware ESX based virtual servers running Windows 2003.•	Resource management of staff and contractors, vendor management and data center/hosted operations management.
