building and customer experience design.

Warehouse Associate (Contract)

Led the setup of Experience Schulich (MBA) and York Open House (BBA & iBBA), for the Schulich School of Business,
ensuring smooth flow of the event, improving the visitor experience, successfully converting 5 prospects to applicants.
• Recruited and supervised a team of 35 Graduate Ambassadors, as hosts to attend to questions and provide guided tours
of the premises, manage booths for the various student services: co-op, internship, to ensure an informative event.

Event Coordinator, Recruitment & Student Services (Project Basis)

McLaren Toronto is a division of the Pfaff Automotive Group and is North America's largest-volume official McLaren dealership.
It is a mover of some of McLaren's iconic models to have rolled out of its production facility in Woking, England.
• Managed the McLaren showroom: conducted tours of facilities, educated visitors on the brand and products.
• Analyzed McLaren database and connected with prospects and current owners, increasing showroom visits by 15% over
3 months through highlighting attractions (i.e. Senna & 600LT models on display) and promotions.
• New car handover of the McLaren Senna (3 units) & 600LT (3 units) - a major highlight for the McLaren brand and dealership, the handing over of the brand's trump models.

Sales Consultant (Part-time)

McLaren Kuala Lumpur is part of Sime Darby Motors, a division of Sime Darby Berhad, a company listed on the Kuala Lumpur
Stock Exchange. McLaren debuted in Malaysia in July 2013, to cater to the growing demand for high-end sportscars.
• Planned and supervised the setup of the new McLaren KL showroom, standard operating procedures, and backroom
processes, operational one month ahead of schedule.
• Showcased the McLaren showroom, boosted foot-traffic and educated on the McLaren brand and products, through
hosting high-end brands in our modern showroom - converting 35% of the database from general fans to hot prospects.
• Achieved top sales personnel 3 years in a row, registering 45 new cars, generating revenue of CAD$3.3M, in Years 1 & 2.
• Curated exclusive lifestyle activities to maintain high-level engagement with McLaren owners - McLaren Winter Ball, Pure
McLaren driver training at Silverstone Formula 1 Race Circuit, co-brand with high-end brands for exclusive access for
owners and other events.

Naza Italia, a division of the Naza Motor Trading, is the official importer & sole distributor for Ferrari and Maserati cars in Malaysia. Operating the 2nd largest showroom in the world, it achieved the best dealership in the Ferrari Asia Pacific region.
• Supervised the preparation of the new Ferrari & Maserati Lifestyle Showroom and service centres, operational one week
ahead of schedule.
• Increased Ferrari and Maserati sales by 35% and 20% respectively in the second year of operations, and after-sales revenue
by 35% (from CAD$1.8M in revenue to CAD$2.43M) and 32% (from CAD$780,000 to CAD$1.03M) respectively in the same
corresponding period, surpassing objectives and forecasts, and conquering 3% of the luxury sports car segment.
• Managed the Naza Racing Team in the Ferrari Challenge Trofeo Pirelli series, achieving 2nd place in our first race.
• Organized drives and track & lifestyle events for owners to enhance their driving skills and to fully enjoy the machines -
increased Ferrari Owners' Club of Malaysia membership from 180 in Year 1 to 225 in Year 2.
• Executed "OldskoolCharm" CRM to establish the distinction of official ownership, creating curiosity, envy and the urgency of wanting to belong. Converted 15% of total sales from the parallel imported car sector in the first year.
• Organized the largest Ferrari gathering in Asia Pacific, totalling 144 cars, per the Malaysian Guinness Book of Records.
