Baby Boom Division:
Took on a multifaceted leadership position, holding concurrent responsibilities as Concept Designer, Technical Designer, Product Development Manager for the optimal production of Carter's, Just One You and Child of Mine brands.
• Designed innovative diaper bags and infant accessory products, maintaining the utmost integrity and focus in aligning aesthetics with product functionality for each brand. 
• Conducted thorough research on market trends to provide creative and strategic direction for new diaper bag silhouettes and materials.

Brought on to oversee projects in concept design, illustration, technical design, product development, sourcing, production and e-commerce with numerous diverse clients:  Tory Burch LLC, PVH Tommy Hilfiger -Kids, Armani Exchange, G-III Apparel Group -CK Accessories, Coach Inc., Camuto Group, Club Monaco, Danilo Gabrielli, Li & Fung USA, Liz Claiborne Inc. -Lucky Brand, Linda Loudermilk Studio, Rebecca Norman, Inc, Girlnetic LLC, and Uniqlo. 

DESIGNER | PRODUCT MANAGER  | E-COMMERCE

Led design and product development initiatives for the Intimates, Swimwear, and Accessories Division. Crafted technical designs for accessories and apparel in women’s, men’s, junior, plus size, tween, kids, and toddler markets, including handbags, SLGs, belts, cold weather accessories, footwear, intimates, loungewear, and casual sportswear.
•	Worked in tandem with the Senior Technical Designer to establish the Accessories Technical Design Department. 
•	Enhanced samples and final products by facilitating review sessions and recommending corrections and improvements for specifications, construction details, and patterns to overseas manufacturers.


TECHNICAL DESIGNER | PRODUCT DEVELOPER -INTIMATES/SWIM/ACCESSORIES DIVISION

Strategized design and merchandising functions for the Menswear and Accessories Division, heading projects for Perry Ellis Portfolio and Perry Ellis America as well as private labels for Dillard’s and Bloomingdale's in men's leather belts, SLGs, cuff links, and tie accessories.
•	Generated technical designs for men’s accessories, adopting a hands-on approach to developing hardware mould layouts and verifying prototypes for accurate production.
•	Revamped new leathers and production techniques through liaising with tanneries in China and Italy.
