Simon Campbell has most recently been Vice-President, Global Creative Director at MindsInSync, an early-stage venture formed to uncover unmet needs and wants, and to bring to life the brands & products to answer those needs.

Prior to this he was Global Creative Director at Johnson & Johnson and Target. At J&J Consumer Simon led global design and creative for Beauty and Skin Care, developing brand strategy, communication & design for brands including Roc, Aveeno, Clean&Clear, bebe, Lubriderm. At J&J he also led work in design thinking and innovation, including designing systems for behavioral change, retail environments, packaging, product life cycle and sustainability.

Before joining J&J Simon was Creative Director at retailer Target. He helped position Target as a design leader and a destination for great design, every day, for everyone. Simon was responsible for creative, strategy and communications—building internal brand culture, creating innovative broadcast advertising and developing creative for branding, interactive, marketing, events & retail environments. He led the award-winning integrated campaign–"Design for All," the launch of the revolutionary ClearRx prescription system (IDSA's "Design of the Decade") and groundbreaking work in brand advertising, including the first single brand advertiser issue of the New Yorker. He directed creative, strategy, packaging, designer partnerships, innovation and  design for businesses including Beauty/Fashion, Food, Entertainment, Baby/Kids, Home, Target.com, Sport, Pet, Pharmacy.

Simon has worked on leading global luxury and lifestyle brands across categories including retail, fashion, home and beauty for brands such as  Estee Lauder, Nascar, Donna Karan, Isaac Mizrahi, Liz Lange, Todd Oldham, Clinique, MEXX, Kohl's, NuKitchen, Coach, Aveeno, DKNY, Nautica, Mossimo, Coca-Cola, bebe, Sony, Apple, Nike, Nautica & John Varvatos, both in-house and also at agencies such as Ogilvy, BIG, Strawberry Frog and FCB.

Brand Design, Marketing, UI/UX, Naming/Writing, Product Design, Creative and Brand Strategy  for VC and Angel back early-stage ventures in consumer lifestyle, entertainment, retail, digital/tech and lifestyle. Currently brand design/ UX lead and Board member for tech/emotional intelligence startup Emozia.
