- Facilitate the execution of all advertising content and outlet choices with our marketing and graphics team. 
- Administer in-depth knowledge of our inventory and accounting systems, RetailPro and EasyWare. 
- Responsible for overseeing accuracy of all the Buyers data entry and quality of product selection. 
- Supply a daily organization of business transactions, staffing schedules, and sales projections for the General Manager. 
- Responsible for the initial training of New-Hires, as well as continued training for full time staff.
