Head of Sales Western Europe

Top Management

To coordinate Country & Sales Managers' activity in harmony with Company
Strategic and Commercial Targets. Definition and control of:
o Yearly Budget by Country/Category/Channel (Turnover and Gross Margin);
o Pricing;
o Sales Target by Country/Agent;
o Seasonal Sales Programs;
o Product Selection Harmonization;
o Open Expenditure;
• To manage Strategic European Top Accounts (Stationary and Online);
• To provide Global Head of Sales with periodical Reports & Forecasts on Sales and other
KPIs;
• To verify P&L results along with Controlling Dept., and to activate required actions to achieve financial targets;
• To support Marketing Dept. in the deployment of Strategical Promotion activities in the Region;
• To report to Product Marketing Dept. on Regional Market trends and product needs;
• Leading a team of 11 persons (3 Sales Managers + 8 Sales Assistants);
• Reporting to Global Head of Sales.

To achieve Quantity and Quality targets assigned for the Italian Market - Lotto Sport
and Lifestyle Leggenda brands;
• To coordinate and guide Sales Managers & Agencies during Sales campaign;
• To prepare, propose and execute Sales Campaigns:
o Seasonal Budget by Category/Channel (Turnover and Gross Margin);
o Sales Target by Agent;
o Pricing;
o Sales Programs;
o Product Selection Harmonization;
o Sales performances analysis and related actions.
• To manage Strategic National Top Accounts with the support of the KA Manager;
• To provide Global Head of Sales with periodical Reports & Forecasts on Sales and other
KPIs;
• Leading a Team of 6 persons (2 Sales Managers + 4 Sales Assistants);
• Reporting to Global Head of Sales.

Head of Sales Italy - Lotto Sport & Lotto Leggenda Brands

To define, present and follow up the implementation of strategic projects for the Company. Interaction with all the different company functions, in particular with Sales,
Product Marketing and Product Development;
• All group's Brands involved: Lotto Sport & Leggenda, Lotto Works (Safety), Etonic
(Running, Golf & Bowling);
• Reporting directly to CEO.

• Typical PM tasks integrated with Sales Forecasting, Budgeting, Pricing, Execution;
• Leading a team of 6 persons (2 Sales Managers, 1 Junior PM, 3 Sales Assistants).

• Collection strategy definition:
• Lotto KPI Analysis;
• Benchmarking;
• Lines/models/pricing/marketing support proposal.
• Collection Presentation to Sales force and Strategic Accounts;
• Brief to Design and Product teams;
• Prototype approval supervision;
• Product Development Far East (Accessories only)
