• Director of the Scandicci plant, with staff of 31 direct / indirect employees
• Development of all collections, for men and women: research, material development, sample purchases
• Supply Chain Purchasing, Planning and Production, warehouse management, industrialization, quality control
• Development of collections and Supply Chain management: Man and Woman;
• Management of collection development budgets, productive investments and plant investments;
• Responsibility for service activities for Pierre Balmain Sas (HR, Accounting, Controlling, etc.).
Achievements:
o Startup of the new company also from “material aspects”: identification of a suitable area, renovation, furnishing according to the Balmain concept and start inclusion within it of all the figures complementary to the production to guarantee autonomy from Valentino (Administration, HR, Control, Logistics, etc.).
o Creation of an independent reference center for the development of accessories. The operation started in October 2017 lasted about 9 months, 5 of which to select the appropriate site and to enter into contracts, then another 4 months were needed for the various administrative and contractual matters (€ 2,500,000 investment). This allows us a total autonomy in the management with an important time saving.
Valentino

Achievements:
o Create a new line of Accessories to support the growth of the Red Valentino Label, supporting the style in the search for a product identity for the brand. The result was the creation of an independent line that allowed the sale and delivery of around 90,000 pieces of shoes and bags, increasing sales around of 8,000,000 euros.
o Creation of a production and sampling system in line with the requested time to market.
