We focus on Pre-Hab, preventing injuries before they happen with dynamic , synergistic movements most often done outdoors. We lead group and individual workouts as well as teaching movement awareness events, demo's, and workshops.

Sinuosity is an award winning mountain bike trail design and construction company based in Stowe, VT.

Trail worker

Working with this great non-profit organization and helping develop and lead outdoor movement and fitness curriculum around the capital of Montpelier.
Working with multiple levels of fitness in an outdoor group setting that are offered free to the public in addition to working with one of the largest employers in VT leading outdoor workouts at their facility.
Designed and built a pumptrack for bicycle use on the facility which has been used in camps and for ongoing mentoring programs.
Will be leading segments of movement camps and helping to train employees in partner based outdoor movement.
Will also be supplying media in the form of Photography and Video, doing equipment and outdoor facility guidance and construction of new structures and modalities for the public to use to take their fitness to the next level.

Snow sports Filmer that shot all over the East coast and also some trips to Montana, California and several to Canada to shoot footage for broadcast television. Often solo, responsible for getting broadcast quality footage, interviews etc and interact with mountain managers, marketing directors and on air talent.
Shot in and around very challenging and dangerous conditions with many variables including out of control athletes, high alpine conditions, inclement weather and shooting from my snowboard and carrying all necessary gear.

We are a bicycle manufacturer with a headquarters in Gloucester Massachusetts with an additional testing area in Danville VT. We distribute our bicycles worldwide through dealers, distributors along with some direct sales. Our focus has always been high quality designs with a focus on the gravity market of freeride, downhill and aggressive trail riding. PerpetualMocean embodies an active, adventurous lifestyle and began as primarily a sports conditioning and physical training company that has evolved into action/ adventure sports photography, videography, and media work through TV and magazine print. Here's some of what we're working on now.
       -head videographer for  Egan Entertainment which is run by Extreme Ski pioneer Dan Egan. Most of the work we do is for his TV show, ,"The Wild World of  Winter". Throughout the U.S. including recent shoots in Big Sky Mt and Mammoth Mtn, CA.
         -co-host of the "Northeast Mountain Bike Report" Tv show produced by DHD Productions out of Manchester NH. 
         -Director- Rye Airfield Photo Collective- Skatepark photo program at one of the largest facilities of it's kind in the US.
