I graduated in May 2013 with a marketing major. I gained some experience when I interned in the marketing department with a prestigious manufacturing and a distribution company called B. Fernandez & Hnos., Inc. After I graduated I worked for two years at DDB Latina, a well- known advertising agency in Puerto Rico, as a media buyer. There I did all print, TV, radio, and OOH buying (and post-buys) for Coca-Cola, Johnson & Johnson, Powerball, and Sam' s Club. I worked with my media planner on different projects including formulating a media competitive analysis, assisting with client meetings, coordinating media tours, and I developed and was in charge of distributing monthly newsletters for the clients on important upcoming events in the media world.

•Developed TV, print, and radio cost estimates and assessed the client's needs using the Intersoft program 
•Drafted and finalized the client's contract and relay it to the sales representative at the mass media 
•Formulated monthly post-buy reports to analyze the success rate of previous advertising campaigns
•Collaborated with media planner to create industry reports which evaluate the competition’s strength
