- Has participated in every SpaceX crew mission to date for a total of 9 missions, 36 flown suits, and 4 development suits with specialties in pressure layer and restraint layer manufacturing.
- Heavily involved in research and development prototyping including creation of a new heat bonding technique for an unreleased suit design.
- Trains and delegates teams of 2-5 fabricators to build based on processes established during research and development.
- Manufactures 10+ types of bags for Dragon spacecraft and a wide variety of spacecraft soft goods in addition to suits.
- Minimized leak rates to .03 SLPM or less by mastering heat bonding techniques and trains fabricators to meet this exceptionally high standard, increasing efficiency by reducing time spent in leak test and doing repairs.

- Mastered precision inspection techniques for avionics, including inspection of sensors and PCB chips under microscopic lens.
- Supported receiving inventory during burn downs.
- Utilized PLM inventory tracking system and barcode scanning.
- Communication with vendors when received parts do not match PO request or specifications.

- Fabricated high temperature soft goods sub-assemblies for use on rockets. Utilized heavy duty, industrial sewing techniques and high temperature materials.
- Reads GD&T standardized engineering drawings and follows work orders in order to meet AS9100 for traceability and quality.

- Oversaw projects to ensure on-time delivery of wardrobe options within a budget. Established working relationships with various wardrobe and costume rental houses and retail stores.
