I am a dynamic and successful business Manager and Entrepreneur with extensive experience in owning and operating a multi-location clothing boutique with a vibrant online presence. I have significant expertise in business operations, from business startup, profit/loss management, inventory management, distribution, vendor management, human resource activities, payroll, and scheduling. I am adept at combining dynamic performance results-driven management, negotiating and interpersonal skills in order to achieve desired key performance objectives and goals. I am experienced in maintaining good relationships with key customer contacts and providing effective sales presentations to prospective customers. I have strong interpersonal, negotiation, communication and organizational skills, and a proven ability to increase profit through strategic planning and effective project management. I have high level experience in vendor interactions and inventory management.

Co-own and manage a hip boutique, which started as single store, and has expanded into 4 locations in Carlsbad, Del Mar, San Clemente and Coronado, with a vibrant online presence. Manage staff and lead business activities, including payroll, scheduling, managing the 401K programs, all human resources activities, hiring and interviewing, and the profit/loss for each store location.
