information, coordinating and prepping materials for the agency board and senior leadership team meetings,
maintaining a complex travel schedule across time zones, and managing personal and departmental expenses
?   Researching innovative business practices and strategic directions for the company, including revamping the CAA Alumni Network
?   Served as assistant operations coordinator for Amplify 2023, a convening of 150 of the leading artists,
thought leaders, and changemakers of color, managing the event database, invites and registrations, rooming
list and supply list, and expenses; and coordinating an on-site team of 15 volunteers
?   Served as assistant operations coordinator for CAA Management Offsite 2023, managing the registration list,
hotel rooming list, operations schedule, on-site office, meals, and expenses
?   Assisted the Chief Technology Officer and Tech Chief of Staff by receiving calls, scheduling, coordinating
legal contracts, and managing expenses; assisted product managers with over thirty applications used by
agents to manage clientele, opportunities, and business deals

?   Planned and managed four ticket tiers and pricing; created and ran the Eventbrite page and the VIP guest list
?   Coordinated with vendors and donors to ensure product delivery, as well as complimentary services for their
donations
?   Night-of duties included managing lines, check-ins, table service, and entrance into the event for nearly 1000
attendees, worked with on-site security to manage crowds

Co-head

?   Developed and lead class sessions on research skills, citation management, and image copyright to undergraduates, graduates, and staff
?   Created a collection development plan to increase library resources on early African American painters,
contemporary Black artists, and local contemporary LGBTQ+ artists

Library Assistant

Formatted and ingested digital oral history interviews for public research, and developed new documentation
and workflows for the PMA Oral History Project
?   Wrote blog posts on WordPress about oral history interviews
?   Conducted research and interviewed external colleagues to write and implement a legal privacy policy for interviewees in accordance with national oral history ethics

Oral History Assistant

Inventoried and made informed, just decisions on the categorization and description of ethnicities and races
found in a comic book collection spanning over 500 hundred individual issues
