Perform a variety of purchasing services for disaster services specific to events.  
Provide event and item purchasing requisitions, identify source, confirm stock, availability and ETA; negotiate pricing (if applicable) and issue purchase order including corresponding ARC coding.
Ensure compliance with American Red Cross best practices, and preferred vendor program adherence.
Perform vendor and disaster specific post-deployment purchasing audit and review, identify and report discrepancies.
