• Provided ongoing client facing research and analysis including: (i) Landlord intelligence reports, (ii) Market and submarket snapshots,
(iii) GIS and Tableau interactive data mapping, (iv) Business research and information (LexisNexis, Moodys, Hoovers, D&B, etc.), (v)
Economic Outlook reports, (vi) Financial underwriting and analysis of relevant deal structures and leverage points, (vi) Pitch and presentation materials
