For almost 10 years I’ve been working with start-ups to launch innovative products and build lasting brands. My passions lay in working with innovative companies in new, disruptive industries that are primed for hypergrowth. I’m a big-picture thinker with a comprehensive understanding of the finer details required to achieve success in todays complex marketplace.

My expertise spans both the creative and strategic sides of marketing, from brand development and creative direction to omni-channel strategy and campaign execution.

•	Spearheaded the strategic planning and execution of national and regional marketing programs in the cannabis space, spanning brand development, advertising, trade marketing, digital/social, events and PR

•	Led a team of in-house marketers and external agencies to launch and manage a portfolio of unique cannabis brands, each tailored to a specific consumer segment in the marketplace

•	Collaborated with product, creative, ops and retail teams to successfully open over 10 retail dispensary locations and introduce a portfolio of 50+ products under 'The Botanist' brand

•	Established annual business plans, P&L, advertising campaigns and partnerships to boost awareness and sales

• Developed and managed digital marketing strategy for our agency clients in CPG, vape and spirits industries

 • Lead a marketing team of five to pitch new business and develop digital strategies for eCommerce, UX/UI development, SEO, content marketing, media campaigns, email marketing and social media

• For my primary client, Logic Vapes, I was instrumental in generating a 32% increase in YOY eCommerce sales, driven by an overhaul to their website UX, SEO, display advertising, email marketing and aggressive promotional strategy with AB testing integration

eCommerce Marketing Manager

• Developed the go-to-market strategy and seasonal marketing programming to support product launches for two separate vaporizer brands: PAX and JUUL

• Led campaign planning and creative development to activate each brand across all retail and digital channels

• Successfully lead the trade marketing strategy for national retail/convenience chain distribution

• Managed quarterly brand activations at national music, art and fashion events such as Coachella, Outside Lands and SXSW
