Leading the COP (Community of Practices) for Service Management to adapt Industry best standards for production support ? Migration of Foxy & Cheeky Bingo from 888 platform to GVC platform, vendor games consolidation, IOS/Android native apps development, introducing new/seasonal promotion to attract and retain the player base, evaluation and finalization of new b2b partners, Vendor Integration to GVC platform ? Strategizing the execution of Developing / Testing controls to drive Product development to scale to business needs ?
