Accounting Operations Specialist

Talent Acquisition Executive

Governed entire manufacturing process, including complex production planning, commercialization, costing agreements, and packaging through strict adherence to the master product timeline.
Managed product development of kids specific footwear in totals of 75+ SKU’s, 3 seasons per year. for Sole Tech global offering. Worked independently as well as collaboratively with men’s and wo’s Product Managers, Designers, Brand Managers and Apparel Merchandising Managers to incorporate seasonal graphics and color stories within the youth line. Administered various development procedures, including growth strategy, men’s & women’s take-downs, product briefs, SKU productivity, and tooling budgets. Headed monthly production buy meetings and proposed enhancement solutions for current orders. Delivered product line presentations to Sole Technology global community at bi-annual sales meetings. Complete overhaul of toddler footwear category and developed anatomically correct footwear.

Etnies Global Kids Footwear Product Line Manager

As Global SMU Product Manager, developed SMU’s across all Sole Technology brands; etnies, éS, Emerica, entries Girl, etnies Youth and etnies Sandals. Maintained comprehensive timeline of monthly SMU projects which averaged approximately 200 SKU’s per season. Researched new technologies, production methods, materials, graphics, styling, and color trends to supply product to various competitive markets throughout the world including International Distributors. Developed and maintained close, collaborative relationships with US Key Accounts to build individual SMU’s that would enhance their seasonal buy and help them tell their stories through one-of-a-kind footwear. Responsible for the development of all Sole Tech x collaborations with complimentary brands such as Disney.

Global SMU Footwear Product Manager 

Reported to the VP of Footwear & Production and assisted in management of Product Managers, Developers, Production and Logistics staff to implementation of key programs. Managed and maintained Footwear & Production department budget. Oversaw initial planning and set-up of Sole Technology Institute, the biomechanics lab for Sole Tech. Quality Control Manager, part of team that defined packaging, quality and durability testing requirements for all footwear. Fit and Wear Test Manager. Retailer relations, shop visits and reports developed specifically for the improvement of quality.

Instrumental in development of STI Gel, first ever anti heel bruising technology 


Operations Manager, Footwear R&D

Worked with executive staff to create blueprints for a comprehensive Credit & Collections department. Hired, trained and managed staff of 9 which included international credit, domestic credit and returns department. Completed department set-up and published procedure guidelines within 5 months

Managed all domestic term accounts. Worked with factor to qualify accounts for terms. Daily interaction with regional reps and Volcom accounts, focused on getting product shipped through credit troubleshooting.
