I have been in manufacturer industry for over 7 years, I have broad knowledge in planning, logistics, procurement, buying and etc. My background enables me to be a well organizer, team player, self efficiency with or without little supervision.

•	Source manufacturers/suppliers overseas and negotiate the prices and terms. Identify areas regarding cost reduction and choose the reliable suppliers that better serve the company objectives. 
•	Responsible for generating and executing the purchase orders based on the approved requisitions
•	Ensure the materials are ready for production and products will be ready for delivery on time
•	Monitor product quality through each stage of pre-inspection, during inspection and final inspection in order to minimize the risk, cost and possible late shipment. 
•	Forecast and analyze-Review inventory level and demand quantities periodically and adjust the existing purchase order quantities either increasing or cancelling or expediting/pushing back the ship dates when necessary. Forecasting and generating the purchase orders based on the inventory level, sales orders and last year’s sales number in the same time frame. 
•	Obtain the information of production finished date, cargo ready and etc in order to confirm the shipping schedules with forwarders.
•	Maintain the product information, quote, MOQ, carton dimension, container load qty and etc in the data base. 
•	Implement all the guidelines and regulations from the customers to the suppliers. 
•	Manage vendor communications to resolve any supply chain related issues (late shipments, product quality, compliance, shortage, payment and etc)
•	Research, compile, organize & present cost analysis to top management along with personal recommendations.
•	Compile daily, weekly and monthly shipping plan of the purchase orders that include production dates, cargo ready dates, ETA, ETD and etc on a regular basis to the managements, salesman and customers. 
•	Collecting the shipping docs from the vendors to the forwarders for cleaning the customs w/o delays.

Reporting directly to top Management; tasked with training, managing & collaborating with team-members to achieve job duties as below:
•	Source new factories in China, research the quality of the products, negotiate/analyze the costs,  and calculate the landing costs to meet our needs. 
•	Receive orders from customers and place the orders to the factories in China.
•	Confirm the production dates, ETA, ETD in order to meet the customers’ requested ship dates.
•	Summarize/implement all the routing guides, compliance, chargeback, factory audit, inspection , shipping requirements and etc from the big retailers like Lowes, Home Depot, Sears, BJ’s, Sam’s Club and etc. to the factories and work closely with Product Department that all the product requirements are met.
•	Cultivate strong communication & close relationships with factories, oversea office, sales teams, carriers and forwarders:
•	Negotiate the price with forwarders, carriers, and trucking companies. Compare and contrast which will be more cost-effective while preserving high-quality of service that meets corporate values.
•	Research, compile, organize & present cost analysis to top management along with personal recommendations.
•	Arrange & ensure incoming container deliveries are received, processed and dispatched in a timely fashion.
•	Generate shipment reports to the sales team, top managements, and customers for better monitoring the shipment status.
•	Generate & evaluate expense reports; analyzing & implementing cost cutting strategies by shipping and negotiating with all vendors to maximize profits.
•	Visit factories yearly to familiar with production line, container loading and shipping procedures.
