Forecasting and generating the purchase orders based on the inventory level, sales orders and last year’s sales number in the same time frame. • Obtain the information of production finished date, cargo ready and etc in order to confirm the shipping schedules with forwarders. • Maintain the product information, quote, MOQ, carton dimension, container load qty and etc in the data base. • Implement all the guidelines and regulations from the customers to the suppliers. • Manage vendor communications to resolve any supply chain related issues (late shipments, product quality, compliance, shortage, payment and etc) • Research, compile, organize & present cost analysis to top management along with personal recommendations. • Compile daily, weekly and monthly shipping plan of the purchase orders that include production dates, cargo ready dates, ETA, ETD and etc on a regular basis to the managements, salesman and customers. • Collecting the shipping docs from the vendors to the forwarders for cleaning the customs w/o delays.
