I started my sales career in sports marketing and sales, expanding Thoroughbred racing in the US and bringing our brand of racing to Europe. 
I've won sponsorships from the likes of Mercedes and Hermes to Guiness and Woodford, and always delivered ROI to earn loyalty that grew future business. I have sold B2B and B2C in both the sports and pharmaceutical industries, and always over-delivered on sales goals.  Recent years have been spent building and leveraging core strategic marketing practices and sales tactics at the world's leading animal health organization. I am now afforded a position on their country-level leadership team, and lead my own team within the market, taking pride in developing and sharing success with each colleague.
I am pragmatic and data driven, and have a proven eye for relising potential in both the market and in people, always with an aim of building for the future.

My current role as a Senior Marketing Manager affords me a position on the UK Companion Animal Leadership Team, and provides me full responsibility for the Companion Animal Therapeutics Portfolio marketing activities and results, which are reported directly to the UK Country Manager each quarter.  This role also allows me the opportunity to develop and manage Associate Product Managers, ensuring they develop a solid foundation of best brand management practices that demonstrate sound strategies and executable tactics that deliver annual revenue targets by providing our sales team and customers with the tools and resources they need to be successful with our veterinary medicine solutions and services.
