I kept very busy at business school with an internet search startup and building CityPure which I am still President.  I employed three lawyers and raised $455,000 during business school.  My Mentor Gary Kremen encouraged me to not wait until school ended to get my business off the ground so I did so.  I am eternally grateful for this advice since he gave me the confidence to go all in on a bet on myself.

Managed to take classes on campus while employed full time.  I took 3 Graduate School courses including Entrepreneurship and Managers and the Legal Environment as well as Radiation/Conduction/Convection and Solid State Physics as well as Risk Management and Negotiation.

Accumulated twenty four honors credits including honors senior thesis in numerical methods. Graduated with Engineering Scholars Program distinction.

I am an intellectual property investor, and a thermal engineering consultant.  I founded and run CityPure L.L.C., an IP marketing firm.

My company & I have been featured in the Chicago Tribune, the Associated Press, Houston Chronicle, NBC News Chicago twice, Fast Company magazine, and Harvard Law School's Berkman Center and cover stories in trade publication GamesBids.com and The Chicago Reader.

Prior to my transition to business I was a thermal designer on the Apple Mac Pro (2013). This is the most thermally-dense product Apple has ever launched at this acoustic level.  Specified/qualified new materials for improved aesthetics of the product.

Thermal Engineer

I direct strategic marketing analytics for Siemens Drive Technology (DT) division for oil & gas applications.  This includes continued industry analysis for all aspects of the O&G business where high-end motors and drives are required including drilling, FPSOs (production vessels), LNG terminals, pipelines, refineries.  I am also actively involved analyzing programs such as Siemens' Main Motors and Drives Contractor (MMDC) program.

Oil & Gas Strategic Marketing Analyst

• Integral member of team that added $190M in revenue for 2006 by enabling higher margin sales through targeting of niche market for low-power desktop PCs.

• Recipient of prestigious Intel Achievement Award, an annual recognition of merit given to top 0.3 percent of employees.

• Negotiated Japanese accounts, persuading users of platform viability, and directly managed interface for account including Sony, Toshiba and Fujitsu.

• Co-invented silent piezo-electric CPU cooling technology (US patent granted).

System Technical Marketing Engineer

• International management experience building and leading a team of thermal analysts in Bangalore, India.

• Conducted finite-element-analysis of Intel products thermal performance.

• Architected technique to standardize analysis and managed team of three coders, responsible for scripting the macros.
