My background includes over 14 years in IT solution sales, recruiting and innovation plus 9 years as Operations Manager for a small business “start-up” which included product development, marketing and branding, purchasing, inventory management, manufacturing, sales and human resources management.


•	Operations Mgr. for the audio sports headset branch of the business, SnuggBuds Headsets.
•	Recruited, hired and trained all staff with all internal IT solutions for CRM, e-Commerce, marketing and POS systems.
•	Recruited, hired and trained all permanent and temporary staff with sales and marketing techniques for our products/brand.
