Responsible for planning, budgeting and executing promotions and special VIP events. I also worked with advertising to produce and approve marketing collateral in both print and digital media.
• I was a supervisor in the Promotional Marketing department and co-supervised other employees when it intersected with our promotions.
• Managed and planned a yearly marketing budget of over $1 million dollars. Not only did I keep my department under budget, but I saw in increase in my yearly budget based on increasing revenues.
• Reformatted our monthly mailers and postcards to be about .20 cents cheaper to print and started incorporating digital rewards. This was more efficient and saved thousands of dollars for the casino.
• Created several new and unique promotions, to compete in the competitive Black Hawk market. Customers and competition acknowledged me for having the best promotions in Black Hawk.
• Produced and starred in videos helping to increase our social media reach by over 1,000, having more growth than any other casino in the Black Hawk market.
• Developed business to business relationships with vendors for digital marketing, promotional merchandise, travel agents and vehicle dealerships; to bring enticing grand prizes for our promotions.
• Promoted top customer service, to give our members a great experience they will remember.

Marketing Operations Manager

Responsible for the creation of the website, social media content and updated photos in the digital catalog that had not been updated in several years. Also was trained to run business operations such as managing projects, invoicing orders, shipping merchandise and collecting payments.
• Started a partnership with a company called Uncommon Goods to sell B.B. Becker's jewelry in their online store and catalog. As a result, the owner has told me this has helped boost profit for his business.
• Created a database system that kept track of all photos of every item that company has sold.
• Made sure to have backup copies of the database and website made in case of emergencies.
• Was often a consultant for the owner for digital advertisement and project management.

Marketing Specialist & Operations Assistant

Managed PSCo events, by helping coordinate between three managers.
• Wrote articles for the internal job network regarding events.
• Gave jurisdictional support for the communications department.
• Invoiced payments for marketing materials.
