I am a business administration major with a minor in marketing. I will be graduating from Point Loma Nazarene University in May of 2020. I have a passion for the outdoors and am looking to get involved in the outdoor industry.

• Oversee the day-to-day work of assigned associate level staff.
• Train, coach and mentor 20-40 associate level team members.
• Coordinate and oversee merchandising of assigned department of responsibility.
• Conduct weekly ADA safety audits.
• Analyze data from Microsoft Power BI for operations such as product ordering, visual merchandising, and sales performance analysis.
• Utilize Salesforce software to assess progress towards daily and weekly sales targets.
• Use Microsoft D365 for various inventory adjustments and functions.

Job Description:
• Greet and engage with customers in the store.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer questions or issues regarding product features, benefits, availability.
• Perform all required cash register transactions, such as sales and exchanges, efficiently and accurately.
• Assist in receiving shipments and distributing to sales floor as directed.
• Maintain store standards for visual merchandising, cleanliness and safety.

RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE

• Assemble and arrange tables, chairs, stages, podiums,linens, and banners according to the specifications of an event.
• Collaborate effectively with a team to ensure all deadlines are met.

EVENT STAFF

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Collaborate and work as a team with fellow sales associates.
• Perform duties such as greeting customers, answering questions, offering assistance, suggesting items, lending opinions and providing product information.
• Keep the selling floor stocked with merchandise, assist in displaying merchandise or organizing the selling floor and stock areas.
• Maintain professional attitude in order to reflect soccerloco's commitment to its customers.

• Tended to all of the agricultural needs of the campus.
• Communicated effectively with coworkers to ensure the safety of pedestrians.
• Assisted the grounds crew on projects.
