Fulfilled all aspects of IT infrastructure, operations, systems, desktop and end user support for the 250+ employees at the Arvada facility and the 70+ employees at the Englewood facility while also performing as a project manager for multiple global projects

 managed six team members to support all information technology aspects of the company that utilizes a very wide variety of custom and off-the-shelf applications for gaming, hotel, point-of-sales, kiosks, restaurant, spa, business center, as well as, the standard desktop applications that support the business needs in a 7x24x365 environment.

In this position my role is often very hands-on in which I cover shifts and not just mentor, but also act as a physical resource on many of the projects and opportunities that arise in this extremely diverse environment.

As IT Manager I fulfilled all aspects of IT infrastructure, operations, and support for the Optics Division in North America. Managed all IT projects, processes, assets and resources before being promoted to the regional position.
Led corporate expansion projects (data, security, phones). Established point-to-point data center upon expansion of warehouse. 
Participated in all facets of the SDLC. Key project: SAP ERP and Agile implementation, training and support; Design and development of RMA, training tracking, prototyping, production tracking, QA, and Warehouse management

As regional IT manager I was on the corporate IT board with responsibilities for all IT activities for all divisions at Oerlikon sites in North, South and Central America.
