Sports products have always played a major a role in any type of sport and to deliver new innovative technology built for a specific sport is another opportunity to learn and encourage for everyone.

- Allocate team budgets on a monthly basis 
- Distribute monthly athletic apparel each month for new team orders 
- Configure all Daktronics equipment such as scoreboard technology and scoreboard panels and Telex equipment 
- Handle product selection between multiple brands such as Adidas, Nike, and Mizuno 
- Plan, prepare and organize athletic facilities for different sports  
- Oversee undergraduate work study students for equipment operations 

- Contributed to daily inbound warehouse operations that included operating forklift, and managing inventory 
- Receive, check-in, and put away stock quickly and accurately  
- Replenished picking locations and load trailers

- Generated new ideas, concepts, and policies for team’s mission. 
- Communicate daily updates and promotions to customers and delegate customer service questions
- Assisted in updating and implementing promotions and social media such as the 2016 season promotions schedule.  
- Collaborated with co-workers to develop various budget, travel arrangements, equipment orders, and schedule preparations  

Team Operations Intern

- Created invoices for ticket holders and sponsors; authored daily sales reports 
- Review purchase orders from customer specifications, addresses, and payment terms. 
- Devised promotional codes and various ticket types for pop-up promotions and social media 
- Managed TicketFly’s and Freedoms’ back-end ticket website  
- Coordinated with co-workers to prepare seating arrangements, operate the box office, and break-down court after events
