• Create and develop seasonal brand and marketing strategies to activate the brand to drive awareness, acquisition, conversion of consumers and overall sales for key programs.
• Act as brand authority and champion it in the local market. Ensuring consistency, brand expression and develop the authenticity throughout all consumer touch points (in-store, digital, paid media (web banners, social media and affiliate programs))
• Project manage and direct the internal studio and external partners/agencies, retailers and daily management of the PR agency.

Marketing Manager - North America

•	Developed the business strategy to launch, drive awareness and sales using a Retail, Online and Evangelism Marketing techniques.

Freelance Consultant

•	Managed development and execution of Shops/Fixtures, Seasonal Point of Sale, Trade Shows and Key In-store Visual Branded Presentations for IZOD, Van Heusen & Bass in the marketplace to ensure consistency in brand experience at Retail. Specific retailers: Macy’s, Belk and JCPenney
•	Built out and launch of 683 IZOD shops in JCPenney stores (increased sales by 13%)
•	Drove brand awareness and sales through Retail and Digital Marketing Touch points, including paid media.
•	Spearheaded Sourcing, Pricing / Budgets, Distribution and Orders with various fixture companies, for major accounts in-store displays and shop fixtures in conjunction with store design for 250 existing shops.
•	Collaborated with Creative, Sales and JCPenney on IZOD windows in JCP Flagship store in conjunction with the 683 new shop concept launch.
•	Execute promotional and lifestyle marketing strategies for all North America seasonally.

•	Segmented Accounts to provide the appropriate level of Marketing Support per account by partnering with sales to develop strategy for North American accounts.
•	Executed a consistent On-Brand presentation at Retail, Paid media / Digital Banners, Ecommerce, Trade Shows, Meetings and in all Brand Initiatives from developed marketing plans to drive brand awareness by utilizing branded materials.
•	Partnered with Stakeholders to increase Brand Presence, Drive Sales and increase Market Share at Retail & Trade Shows by developing a standard go to market promotional kit.

Marketing Manager - North America 

•	Conceptualized and Implemented Seasonal Account and Channel Marketing plans across North America to execute the planned Corporate Brand Strategy within them.
•	Wholly managed multiple distribution channels for 6 brands including Chuck Taylor, Converse by John Varvatos and others (footwear & apparel) (Luxury – Department Store – Independents - Owned Outlet Stores, Gap and Dot.com / Ecommerce) by collaborating with Sales, Merchandising and Creative.  
•	Managed a $2.7 million dollar budget for divisions providing $147 million in sales.
 
•	Owned development and presentation of short and long-term marketing plans for B2B / B2C (Point of Purchase signage, Promotions, Events, Sponsorship, Fixtures, Shops, Trade Shows, Paid media / Digital Marketing, Email blasts and the Retail environment) to drive branded initiatives and sales.
•	Utilized 360 Marketing strategies to connect with the consumer, to drive brand awareness and sales.
•	Supported the Sell-In and Sell-Through of products by developing branded programs to present accounts our branded plans for driving awareness and sales for products.  
•	Project managed the creative process for all branded account, Channel, in-store and ecommerce elements partnering and communicating with the creative team and agencies specific requirements and timelines.
•	Created Policies and Procedures to enhance the Operational Efficiency of the Marketing Dep. 
•	Garnered 14.7 million impressions and a CTR of 0.20 for an Accounts Digital Marketing Campaign 
•	Increased sales 15% in Outlet Retail division after implementing developed Marketing Plans
•	Segmented consumers by brand & retail channel, to build concise creative briefs and also educated the organization concerning our consumers.
•	Executed Bloomingdale’s windows to introduce Converse family of products to the consumer in order to drive sales and brand awareness in the Luxury market.
